For your consideration, here is The Precision Mile-O-Graph Mileage Measurer, with instruction sheet and box. It is dated prior to July of 1963, by the city postal code on the instructions.

It works great. It is missing a little of the red coating on one edge, 1/4 inches long. The instruction sheet is a little tanned and box bottom is tanned more.
