This handpainted porcelain lighted building from the Heritage Village Collection is in excellent used condition in its original packing materials and sleeve. It comes with a power cord with bulb and on/off switch. **Please note that this building has been repaired - the fence posts around the house and around the top of the lighthouse had come loose and were reattached with a glue gun. All of the fence posts are present but are not precisely lined up and a bit of glue residue can be seen. The piece is otherwise in mint condition
This Department 56 item is also compatible with Lemax Village and "O" gauge toy trains. Pigeonhead Lighthouse would be a welcome addition to any display. It measures approximately 8" high and 9" wide and is Item #5653-7. This building was released in 1994 and retired in 1998.
