This set includes all parts shown in the photos, including instructions and template. This is the "D" series set so it is especially tough and durable. It has a "Bright Brass" finish and is made to last! The "Exit Lock" is characterized as a lockset which may be unlocked by the lever inside. The outside lever is always fixed.
