Easy to apply:

Unfasten all closures so the foot can slip comfortably into the support. Fasten the support snugly on the opposite side of the ankle. Repeat with the outside strap. The support should fit very snug, but not so tight that it causes discomfort or disrupts circulation in foot.

Care:

Hand wash garment in cold water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly until water is clear. Wrap in towel to remove excess water. Air dry away from heat. (Do not twist or wring.) Do not tumble dry.
