1981 Vintage Cartoon Art Czechoslovakia Praha, CSSR QSL Card OK1OAZ Colorful hand drawn cartoon art of a character standing on top of the world, with a radio speaker as a mouth, and on the opposite side of the card, another character with his headphones on. A square shaped card Measures 5-7/8 x 4 inches Rather lightweight compared to most postcards, and since there is no postage, it was either sent in an envelope or through the San Diego DX Club.
