Contact me before making a return. Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and the same condition as when the item(s) were shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping and there are no refunds on the original shipping. I will refund your purchase price after I get the package back and verify that it is the same item(s), in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), I will deduct the cost of the original shipping before I send your refund. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

In the event that your item is damaged in shipment, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the package, packaging materials and the damaged item. Once I see your photos showing that it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping you paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s). I also need the photos to file the insurance claim on Priority Mail or UPS shipments.
