3 VINTAGE CROCHETED POT HOLDERS / HOT PADS PINK AND GREEN COLOR Hand Crafted Pot Holders Crocheted Pinks, Greens Handmade Circa 1950s DETAILS Three small crocheted potholders in pink, green, and white One is made with a green variegated cotton thread in an octagon shape it measures approximately 6 inches across It does have several dark stains from age and use There is a pink and white round one with a small crocheted loop for hanging It measures approximately 6 1/2 inches across It has a scalloped edging It does have stains from age and use The last is pink with a green center and green trim between each petal of the design It measures approximately 5 inches across It does have a few stains from age and use, but not as many as the others All are double thickness These three patterns were popular from the late 1940s through the mid 1960s. They were crocheted with a mercerized cotton crochet thread. All have some staining and wear from use age age. They will display well with any country kitchen decor. If I were keeping them I would soak them all in a tea bath to give them the same overall discolored look
