The set comes in a black wrapped wood case and includes 6 steak knifes. The knifes are approximately 8.5 inches (21.5 cm) in length. The blades are approximately 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) long, while the handles are approximately 4 inches (11 cm) long. The blades are made off stainless steel, while the red handles are made off Acrylic or Bakelite ( I am not expertise in that topic). There is a gold toned pin featuring a curling stone and two crossed brushes attached to the end of each knife handle. The blades are marked with MARVO LIFE EDGE STEAKMATES STAINLESS STEEL MADE IN CANADA. The handles are firm and sit tight. The knifes may have been used and may have some usual traces of wear. There may be some scratches on blade and handle. The light blue silk fabric within the case has some rip holes. The case has some storage and handling wear.
