I absolutely adore vintage '80s items by this fantastic designer. She was a local sensation back in the day, creating unique pieces sold here in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and in Holland and Saigon. Each item is a precious historical fashion work, and this one is in very good condition! No flaws.
