Beautifully decorated Russian Prima Balalaika and similar items

Here is a beautifully decorative Russian Prima Balalaika. Size is near 26 x 17" (see photos) It holds it's tuning, and does not appear to have major scratches or damages. I know nothing about the style or maker. I see no makers marks or numbers. Look carefully at the many photos and send me your questions. Photos are an important part of the item description.
