Powers on when plugged into the USB port as shown in the pictures. I believe it is locked to Verizon based on the IMEI and it had a Verizon SIM card in it (It was thrown out). Don't know its status with Verizon or any other carrier, the IMEI is in the pictures; you can check with them before purchasing. So listing it for parts and as is. Only the camera and new 8 GB MIcro SD Card is included in the listing; no battery. Consider pictures as a part of the description and judge any and all cosmetic or other issues to your opinion before purchasing.
