Item description
Here we have an extremely rare South Korean military belt buckle from the Korean War. The Korean War was an armed conflict that took place from June 25, 1950, to July 27, 1953, between North Korea, supported by China and the Soviet Union, and South Korea, backed by United Nations forces led by the United States. The war ended in an armistice (a formal agreement between two countries or groups at war to stop fighting for a particular time), leaving Korea divided along the 38th parallel, but no formal peace treaty was ever signed, resulting in ongoing tensions.
Condition: this piece is in very good condition with no bending on the buckle itself. However, the part affixed behind, which is the part that allows the belt to be attached, it has some bending which can be bent back into place. We don't attempt fixing but would rather sell these Military pieces a is.
The first three images we're showing are purposely light enhanced to show the details. The last two show the actual color.
