Rare Vintage Disney Collectible Disneyland Souvenir Ink Pen Disneyland Ink Pen Souvenir with Floating Adventure land Riverboat Authentic Disneyland Souvenir Ink Pen with Animated Floating Riverboat with Adventure land background. Riverboat floats up and down as pen is tilted. I have no idea how old this pen is, but I know that the last time I visited Disneyland in California was around 1977 or 1978. With all the changes constantly going on at Disneyland, all our favorite play lands seem to be disappearing, like the autobahn and the submarine, and Swiss Family Robinson Tree House, it is nice to have a small memory of those Happier times. This Disney pen measures 6" long. The tip is not retractable, (no clicker to retract the tip), and when we unscrewed the two halves, it appears that the pen may be permanently fixed inside the barrel, and not meant to be replaced - or its stuck. The metal shirt clip is stamped "Made in Denmark" The Disneyland logo on the reverse side of the barrel is in red lettering with Mickey Mouse and beneath that in tiny print it reads: "C" Walt Disney Productions. CONDITION: Pen barrel is in good condition, does show signs of use and wear, some scratches and scuffing. No ink in pen, does not write. Logo side is an off white color, could be yellowing from age. The animated side features the Disneyland famous Riverboat ride, past the old west fort, a water wheel and forest. The white Riverboat floats up and down as the pen is tilted.
