For your consideration this is a NEW Never Used Old Stock:
# "A" ~ Vintage Happy New Year Party Paper Plates Plastic Coated Set of 8 NIP (U.S.A.)
This is a set of 8 Plastic coated paper plates that are for the "NEW YEAR" Celebration. They say "Happy New Year" twice on the plates. They have a white background with a very colorful (Blue, Red, Green, Yellow) decorations of party hats and balloons. They have a Red Border around the outside of the plate. These are still sealed in their original packaging.

Shipping handling is via USPS with delivery confirmation insurance. (3=a.b.c.) (USA Funds Only). I do combine shipping charges for multiple purchases within a three day time limit.
