The reflective is normal colored until light hits it, then it almost turns a silver white while under light. It is a high quality 7 mil material that holds up well to the elements. Decals up to 6 inches are sent in regular stamped envelopes and no tracking is provided, Tracking is available for any size at a cost of $1.99. If you want tracking do not pay after checkout. Send a message that you want tracking and an invoice will be sent with the $1.99 added. All decals are mailed the next observed business day and should arrive within 1 week. If you do not have it in that time please let me know and I will make sure you are taken care of. Sadly USPS does lose an envelope every once in awhile but it is still the best way yo keep costs down and pass that shipping savings on to you. Decals over 6 inches are sent first class mail with a tracking number provided.
