This is an advertisement for Friskies brand dog food, and for Friskies New Approach To Training Your Dog book. Judging by the uneven, jagged left edge I would guess this was a page from a magazine or a newspaper.
Ad claims that you could get the 24-page training book FREE if you sent in 4 labels from Friskies Canned Dog Food.
The book was ' based entirely on new system of training based on the discoveries of a leading hollywood trainer of movie dogs.'
Now your dog could be as well trained as 'Big Red' himself!
Item is not dated, however we know the movie Big Red was made in 1962.
