It has a copyright date of 1931 on it, and was published by Sherman Clay Co. It is in good condition, for its age. The cover pages have many small tears, as do the pages. There are also some scuffs and light stains on the cover and pages. The music is 4 pages long. There are many small tears along the edges. The center pages are loose from the cover pages. The pages are also yellowed with age, and the cover is a little faded. The cover pages are torn completely away from each other. There are a lot of handwritten notations within the music, but they are all in pencil. This is a great, very old piece of sheet music in need of some TLC, and still a great find.
