Unconditional 60 Day Return Policy. We stand behind our products. Most items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 60 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We don’t charge any restocking fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item) or defective product.

We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested. Negative feedback does not solve anything. Please don’t open a claim or leave negative or neutral feedback prior to contacting us or even moments after attempting to contact us. If you have a problem with your order please contact us first. Replacements: In the case that a replacement is needed because of damage from shipping or faulty product, etc., the same item will be shipped to you free of charge, if the item is still available. If the item is no longer available, a refund can be issued upon return receipt of the item in question. All refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving your returned items.
