Seller response: This item is new it was tested by me prior to shipping & earplugs were wrapped in plastic to keep sanitary I made sure it worked properly before selling. Customer was very hard to work with so I issued full refund- I try to provide A+ customer service but I cant please everyone. I apologize the transaction did not work out to your liking.
