Buyer never communicated any issue before this....and its been more than 6 weeks since original order and delivery. Hard to investigate and resolve if no report. I do not have the 6th sense guys !! |

Buyer is being dishonest here...it turned out after investigation, buyer did not follow installation instructions properly to activate the software via phone method. Confirmed by supplier and Microsoft that code was not activated by buyer. Buyer was offered refund in any case as a gesture of goodwill. BUT NEXT TIME READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ...ITS PROVIDED FOR A REASON!! |

Buyer provided incorrect email address for dispatch of product....then wonders why product not received and accuses me of poor communication and not delivering product. Product was sent to the email address input by the buyer at the time of order within 24hrs and resent promptly when buyer corrected his email address for delivery subsequently !! Cannot help it if you provide the wrong info to start with
