I am really sorry for the trouble of buying insoles. But the dress shoes with compress leather soles are stiff naturally and you have to wear them for some time to break in and get soft, then they feel amazing. They have padding under the heel as well. Thanks again for buying from us. |

Thanks for buying, I am sorry for inconvenience. I am really surprised to read you said 'torn on both side' would like to see the pictures. They were sent without anything like that. Apologies but they go through hands of 3-4 people in our workshop for finishing checks, they are not sent if there is anything like it not possible. |

It is mentioned in the listing that these are patina finish shoes, which is hand dying or hand painting on shoes. There may be slight vairation since it is hand painted which is also mentioned in description. These are handmade and hand painted shoes.
