Your order has been processed, shipped, and is enroute to you finally! Due to some technical issues the site was down for some time. Big shoutout to the Bonanza staff for having came through in order to resolve the issue! However it was a big surprise to find out just a day or two ago that the store would automatically launch upon resolving the issue with the account. It was sheer panic (freaking out on the inside????) upon discovering FruitfulAuctions had been activated, back online for well over a month with several pending orders... Thankfully everyone has been very patient and understanding. In order to show appreciation for being such great customers there will be some extras included with your order. It was delivered to your mailbox by USPS... not sure what’s going on with you? That’s what tracking states... have had a lot of strange occurrences recently with packages and orders, almost as if it were all stemming from the same person.

The expiration date on the item was also posted on the listing for you to see before ordering. Which was over half a year away, so I’m not sure what you mean in being short? Shipments are just about always sent out in 1-3 days as mentioned beforehand, unfortunately I was one day late on sending yours out and I do apologize for the delay. I’m sorry that this resulted in such a bad experience for you.

I thought we were on the same page after our first contact, in which I explained the unfortunate issue w/ the old system, having since been upgraded and fixed. Offered substitution for the 2nd item with comparable, more expensive product of your choice. You chose the refund so I reimbursed you immediately for the second item and shipped out the first. 4-5 days later your package had arrived. Being that this item is hard to find these days, I had hoped you would be happy with the half price discount included with the product.
