There is no long-term warranty for used parts, so we can't help if you're contacting us after 30 days return window closed. |

The Buyer’s order has been shipped out on time, a valid tracking number has been provided, and order has been delivered right on time and to the address provided (address confirmed as correct with the Buyer). The buyer claimed the order has not been delivered. I was working with the Buyer very patiently, I have answered all the questions and concerns, I have filed the official service request and search request with USPS, I have spoken with local USPS postmaster several times by phone trying to help this customer to double-check if delivery has been made to the correct address. I have official response from Postmaster which confirms that delivery has been made to the correct address and mutual confirmation that the mail lady delivered this package to the correct address and left with individual. (mail lady always makes sure to leave mail INSIDE the address with individual). Both USPS mail lady and Postmaster came to the customers address to make sure the order delivered. After I provided all these facts to the customer and asked to search from their end, since the delivery confirmed with USPS (officially confirmed), this customer started to accuse me of providing false information and started threatened me with leaving negative feedback.
