April 2, 2019 you were sent screen shots of these invalid product keys. The same day you asked an associate to follow up. 3 days later. Nothing. I would be happy to post the full correspondence with the screen shots of the invald product keys under feedback if you'd like? I even stated, I would give you the chance to refund without leaving negative feedback, but you chose to ignore the request instead.
