got sent the wrong item , and i will not be paying for it to be shipped back . what a waist of my time and money

Despite the instance that our store made a mistake with the order, by the customers own admission in an e-mail, the customer mistakenly ordered the wrong item “i had thought i ordered a samsung s8 active case because i have the s8 active”. We sent the item the customer ordered. We contacted the customer and offered a free return as it was available on this order.
