Unfortunately no matter what you do to make things right, some people are never satisfied. No orders were sent out after the theft so that we could make sure all of our customers were notified and told the replacements will be sent once we had them. Of all the customers who purchased from us we could not appease this one. We are truly sorry this happened and are thankful for our other understanding purchasers. I hold no ill will for this customer and apologize once again. She was full refunded and still was not happy. I feel so bad, but it was out of my hands. I only wish she would have given us a chance to redeem ourselves.
