I am sorry that you felt the need to give my negative feedback. I only found out that your item never made it to you. I did provide the tracking information (which does show that it was clearly on it's way to you). It apparently is lost somewhere in CA and as I told you, I will take the loss and refund you your money. And again, I am so sorry that this happened.
