Seller response: This buyer bought 2 bears both as described, but was not happy with one because the name of bear was not on it, I offered them a refund for that bear if they returned item...they did not want to pay for shipping it back so they left me a negative feedback...Ive worked hard to maintain my positive feedack and find it sad that someone can ruin that due to the fact they didnt want to pay to ship back
