- In this transaction, this was our bad since we had to get a new supplier. We can admit our faults, however, we included 2 extra DVDs to this buyer. And, this buyer is not aware that Blu-Ray is a better form of DVD. Which, in actuality, he should be glad that he got Blu-Ray since they are much better quality but quite a bit more expensive.

Because, if customer would have, we would of corrected the error which we always do. We are saddened by recent negative feedbacks left us, since we feel they are unfair and are possibly indicative of a campaign to smear us with negative feedbacks. We could do likewise and have people leave us positive feedbacks, but we don't play the feedback game. I sent you the right address the second time (although I am pretty confident I did also the first time) I STILL have not gotten my item 3 MONTHS after the fact! That's not an address issue, that's just bad business on the behalf of this particular seller. Really annoyed.

- Prospective buyers...please note that we DO NOT use FedEx to ship. Impossible at our prices. This is obviously a transaction tactic to lower our feedback rating. These things do happen and we accept that...our shipping and delivery terms are CLEARLY stated in detail on our profile page. Thank you.

On our profile page we state that a replacement product will be shipped if the specific product listed is unavailable. The replacement often times is better, and in this case, it was more expensive. We also state a delivery time of 10-20 days with a shipping time of up to 5 business days. It is very difficult to almost impossible to get both fast shipping and low prices direct from Asia. Our competitors are 20% plus higher in cost. We lay out our terms clearly and and in detail on our profile page. We hope people who purchase from us in the future understand these things...we make very little profit on what we sell due to the weak dollar and increases in costs. However, we realize these products are in demand, and we realize economic conditions are difficult. This is why we operate like we do...thank you.

We have had 5 major holidays here in Thailand in the past month. There are also very intense US Postal inspections delaying shipments.
