Customer is rude and slandering my good name all because an issue I had to fix my files. I have refunded this customer money. And Customer continued to slander my name/my company name. One a few had this issue and I fixed the files on my side. I also provide a link to the install instructions to a questions & answers link on Microsoft page that may help if that issue comes up. So blaming me or my company because of an issues that happens and has happen to more than one user outside this situation and can be solved. I will never business with this person again. Rude, no wonder why customer service is going down the drain. I do not sell software that I won’t use myself. I have installed every version I have available accept the Mac versions But I don’t use Macintosh or Apple So I know my stuff works and I will continue to buy them until they are not for selling anymore. Thank you.
