Unfortunately, thecomputershop was not connected to the internet when they tried activating this product. Acting out of frustration, they decided to leave us negative feedback before realizing that the issue was their internet connection and not the product. We encourage all buyers, please make sure you are connected to the internet when activating your product. If you have any issues, please contact us for help before making any other decisions.
