Got notified by amazon i have a payment for a sale , does not show in bonanza

I got a email from amazon to ship a item. check my recent sales in bonanza and does show any sales at all. should I shipped this item? also check my manage orders on amazon and the order is their.

Disapproved items in google feed

Hi, From last couple of months whenever I relist item from the the sold item relist option it always start showing Disapproved on Google feed so i have to constantly keep deleting and than adding again the same items so that it shows up on feed...

Customer can chose their own shipping and take free insurance i don't understand

I need some help.... I sold an item this weekend (YEAH!!!) BUT the customer was able to chose insurance and media mail. No charge for the insurance either. I would have never in a million years checked "let customer choose" their shipping option...

Advertising (publishing) products to ebay australia

when I advertise my Bonanza products to Ebay they go to ebay.com(US site) but I have ebay.com.au(Australian Site). So then the shipping is all over the place domestic/international.
