Is this as rampant on Bonanza as it seems to be to me? They sign up & immediately go credit card crazy then it's all chargebacks. Frustrating.

Order says "Awaiting payment verification from payment provider" But amazon pay says ship now. I need a answer fast can't wait days for bonanza. Will not show shipping button and it is under offers not sales?????????????!!!!

Changing sales tax

How to avoid duplicating views when using duplicate to list similar item.

I listed an item using the duplicate button. However the new item after editing and listing shows the number of views as the item it came from(older listing), and the item it came, from the older listing, shows a date as just listed.

How to get a refund on item that customer never paid for????

I requested the refund and was instructed to do the [URL removed] Just visit the offer (Selling Dashboard -> Items Sold), and click 'Mark as Unpaid'. I can find 2 places to mark as "paid" but nothing that says "Mark as Unpaid"
