Make-a-Wish Hugs ?n Wishes Teddy. Cream stuffed animal / plush toy bear w/ red bow tie. Made by pbc international in China; filled with polyester. Surface washable non-toxic. For ages 3+. It?s not the softest bear out there because it?s an older bear.
Approx. 13" at ear tip.
Used. I think the arm is supposed to be up; it?s stuck in a weird in-between position.
