GREAT GIFT item. Beautiful Ornate Scrollwork.
RARE collectible from award winning Italian jewelry designer Francesco Tortolani.
Some of his clients were Frank Sinatra, John Wayne, Bob Hope, Jerry Lewis.
Dates from approx the 1970's. The company ceased operation in 1976.
