We’re happy that you’ve made a purchase with us, and we hope you’re pleased with your item. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Here’s what you need to know about our return policy:

Returns
You must send the item back within 14 days of the date you bought it. We only accept returns for items that are in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels still attached.

Return Process
To return an item, put it back in its original packaging with a written statement and proof of payment showing the date of sale (such as a cash receipt). Then, you can send your return to the address we provide you when you contact us. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a method that allows you to track your package.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify that the item is in the proper condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days from the time we receive the item for us to process your return or exchange.

Exceptions
There are some items that cannot be returned or exchanged, as listed in Appendix No. 3 to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
