Surgical Instrument / Too (?) Reads and 50 similar items

SURGICAL INSTRUMENT (?) Appears to be made of solid steel. Has part that twists that open and closes the hook on the end, but not tight enough to be a clamp, so perhaps some kind of measuring device Reads ?Posterior Femur? on it, so I am assuming something that helps with femur surgery(?) Also has this serial # on it: 66737200 9801-89 I have tried image and word searches and looked for the number, all to no avail. If you know what this is and can help provide information that I can use to make this a better posting I would be most appreciative. My ignorance could be your gain.
