Item description
Bobbin Turned Walnut Armchair with Leather Upholstery, Ship Embossed Back and Nailhead Trim circa 1800
The leather is original and needs replaced if desired.
If you look at the feet, one is different than the others. This is called a "signatures foot". It was way for craftsman to sign their work.
There is a ship design embossed on the leather seat back.
The chair measures 47.5" H x 26" W x 24.5" D.
The seat measures 18.25" H x 25" W x 20" D.
The arm is 25.5" high.
This is for local pick up.
