This wheelchair was able to power on and illuminate the lights on its control panel We were able to move the wheelchair in all directions using the joystick The fenders are not included with this chair One armrest is torn; See pictures No further testing has been preformed Battery was able to hold a charge during testing however; the battery has not been tested fully The wheels and cushions show signs of wear and may need to be replaced The history of this chair is not known Due to the size of this unit it must be shipped via motor freight.
