Vintage 70s Does 20s Miss Serbin Drop Waist and 50 similar items

Vintage 70s does 20s Miss Serbin drop waist signed dress with white pleated tennis style skirt and red and blue heart (with the signature scattered throughout) print. Long sleeve and buttons down the front until the pleated skirt. Pointed collar and button cuff. No fabric content tag but feels like polyester with a little stretch. Midi length measuring 40 inches shoulder to hem and 20 inches armpit to armpit. 19 inches straight across the waist. There is some blue color transfer on the under arms area but only noticeable when you raise your arms. There is also a very thin threaded loop at the neck and it looks like underneath the collar there was a button that is no longer there. You can replace it if you?d like to button it up to the neck, but it?s not necessary. No size tag on this dress but based on the measurements, I estimate this to be approximately a modern size large, but please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you.
