It is an assembly line leftover that has never been installed and is in like new condition. It is from an assembly with GM part number 84708000. GM says it can also be used in place of 86775720, 84419841, 84503666, and 84553846. Match one of these to your part number to ensure compatibility! Seriously!! You would use this if your bezel needs replaced. (Missing, damaged, etc.) This is the trim panel only. No function components are included. (You should already have them.) Instructions for installation are not included. You shouldn't be attempting repairs/installs if you're not qualified.
