FROM MANUFACTURER'S LITERATURE: Precision 184 rugged, high-performance baths maintain water temperature from ambient to +99.9C(with cover - not included in price) with +/-0.2C uniformity (at 37C). Temperature setpoint is easily adjusted and programmed from the front-mounted control panel. Uniformity is rated Class 1A by ASTM Method E 715. Hydraulic thermostat, sensitive to +/-0.1C, is located in the chamber for accurate temperature control, and a second thermostat is included for safety. Direct-contact tubular heating elements provide fast, uniform heat transfer. Oil can be used in the 184 bath (max temp extends to 105C with white technical oil). 180 Series analog baths are ideal for applications in which temperature setpoints seldom change.
