It powers on and the "rotor" and "heater" lights both come on. I am not able to spin the rotor because the fuse and fuse holder are missing and also I do not have a vacuum source. One of the rubber feet on the bottom is cracked and so the unit does not sit flat. I am not able to test it further. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
