Make sure the area is clean and dry. Shake bottle for 30 seconds. Apply to rust with enclosed brush applicator. Rust will convert to a black protective film, usually within 30 minutes. Then apply Porc-A-Fix and/or Fill-A-Fix in 4 to 6 hours after application. Use with adequate ventilation. Clean with water.
