Warranty Information Refurbished Items All refurbished machines come with a 30-day parts warranty against any manufacturing defect and any malfunction under normal operating conditions. Parts that are defective or damaged will be replaced. Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover consumables (e.g., toner cartridges, drums, fusers, and developer). The warranty is null and void in the event of misuse, parts damaged during installation by someone other than a qualified technician, or after the warranty period has expired. Return Refund Policy Returns Our return policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping Pickup Smaller and lighter items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Heavy and oversize items, on the other hand, will be shipped by a commercial freight carrier. The transit time for freight shipments is 7-10 business days after the package has been processed and shipped.
