In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is not exactly what you had expected and you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please let us know right away and note the following: Items discounted 20% off or more are considered FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. REGULAR PRICED ITEMS Regular priced items and sale items up to 19% off may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND to your method of payment Within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. If we don't hear from you within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the SALE FINAL. All sale items sold at 20% off or more are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. CHRISTMAS GIFTS We realize this time of year items are being purchased as gifts to be given on Christmas. We are extending the time frame the items have to be returned by. All returnable items purchased in the month of December as Christmas gifts must be back in our office by January 8th to be eligible for refund or exchange. New Customer Discount If you are a new customer, we offer a 10% discount on your first order. All you must do is signup to our email database, so you know all the happenings at Cowgirl Kim! Please note the 10% off first time customer discount is one per person. Lay-a-ways We no longer are taking Lay-a-ways. If you wish to have a payment plan, at check out please go through Sezzle. It requires 25% down and every two weeks another 25% of the purchase until it is paid in full. You will receive your item right away instead of waiting until it has been paid off. All purchases are FINAL when going through Sezzle. Special considerations will be made for items over $2,500.00. SALE ITEMS Items discounted 20% off or more are considered FINAL.
