The product works as designed. Awkward to handle without strap support. B & D should offer that option, which they don’t. Great for residential use.

Was leary but this pole saw lived up to the tasks and then some. Doesn't come with battery but already had 2 for other tools from black and decker so the pricing was a great deal. Thanks so much and will buy more in the future.
