You are buying a circa 1905 7/8? wide GENUINE 10k yellow gold loveknot pin holding a mine cut .07 carat NATURAL deep red garnet. The straight pin on the back is a nickel alloy and probably original. It is not uncommon to find the straight pin made of an alloy metal so the rest of the pin is all 10k. The gold mark on the pin is on the top of the C clasp. The condition is VERY GOOD no chips, no cracks to stone. No wear issues to the mounting. There are some tarnish points on the back at the solder joints. This piece will re re cleaned before shipping.
