The bulb socket with the key switch and the stand are off brass. It has two handles with a fine gold plated pattern. The decoration looks like hand painted and illustrates some flowers. The style looks like of Dutch origin, but since there are no manufacturer marks on it, I do not know for sure. Please do Your own research, prior the purchase. The lamp is approximately 14" ( 36cm) tall and approximately 7" (19cm) wide. The lamp is obviously used and there are some usual traces of wear. The gold layer on the handles has some grazing. The ceramic is good - I have not noticed any chips or cracks. If You zoom in, You can see that the finishing has the usual age related crack pattern. The brass bulb socket part that sits on the ceramic base, has multiple cracks - please see the pictures. The brass stand has "III" branded in (see last picture). The lampshade is missing and not included, please have Your own shade. The red bulb in the picture is for demonstration only and not part of this sale. The lamp is tested and is in working condition.
