Lulexy Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via email to info@lulexy.com in the subject line please note “Returns Department ’’ for authorization. Once we have approved your return, we will request for you to ship the product back to us in its original state (no sign of wear or tear, use, misuse and must be in original condition). Once we receive the return item from our Returns Department we will inspect the returned product and either provide a replacement item, repair the original item or apply a refund via the original purchase method.

Warranty Policy: Lulexy stands behind our products. Our products have a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty free from defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty or damage from misuse, storing or treatment.
